We'll take a look at some of the greats (Iron Butterfly, Steppenwolf, Blue Cheer) and some of the lost bands of the era (eg: Bullfrog, Orang-utan, Buffalo) and demonstrate that there was alot more to heavy-fuzz guitars and killing hippies than Black Sabbath !
