Rock Revival's Forgotten Classics (1973): Lightshine 'Feeling'

Here's another long lost classic hard psych/prog rock album, this time from German band Lightshine. The 'krautrock' band released only one album, despite being together for three years and playing over 200 concerts.

If you like your prog complete with primal screams, acid-folk, cosmic guitar, synth mixes, great harmonies and distorted guitars (think No Quarter by Led Zeppelin) this is the album for you. It's medievil, floating, psychedelic music, all at the same time.

As you can see from the tracklist, there are some epic songs: "King And Queen" has melancholic melodies and dreamy instrumentals with the sudden appearance of a pretty insane insane king. "Nightmare" is quite beautiful, with Ash Ra-like guitar style

All up this is a must have release for fans of early 70's psychedelia and prog

01. Sword in the Sky - 4:50
02. Lory - 5:31
03. Nightmare - 10:33
04. King and Queen - 13:44
05. Feeling - 7:37
