Rock Revival's Time Capsule: The Best Albums of 1978

What were you doing in 1978: a teenager, a twinkle in your dad's eye, parent's not even born yet?

The year of Wonder Woman, Different Strokes, Superman and Grease

It was a fantastic year in rock, kind of like a last hoorah before New Wave and Glam Metal took hold, a time when hard rock became more melodic, but not so much that the music became dull.

It was the year of great debut's, for Van Halen, The Cars and Boston, the year of the last great Yes album, the peak for Steely Dan, the year the Rolling Stones came to terms with disco; need i say more........
