Blondie’s Parallel Lines album has sold 20 million copies since its release in 1978; “One Way Or Another” s “Hanging On The Telephone”, they all have to be part of the soundtrack of our lives (if we we're around then)
Well, it's the 30th Anniversary of the album and to celebrate Capitol/EMI are releasing an expanded remastered version
It has bonus tracks, classic Promo Videos & a previously unreleased BBC TV performance
Blondie is also going on the “Parallel Lines 30th Anniversary Tour” beginning June 5 in the US and then on to Europe
Blondie’s Chris Stein, "We are looking forward to seeing new and old fans out there this summer. We have been doing pretty much the same show for several tours now, and this time we have more rehearsal time than usual and we’re going to try to take it a bit further."
