Impressive list, my favorite RATM riff would probably be from Testify.

Anyway, how big is Wolfmother over there? Personally their last release has been my most listened to album since it came out. There following isn't as big as it should be over here though; especially considering there is such a big push towards classic rock amongst younger generations. They perfectly bridge the gap between classic rock and modern rock.

slightly off topic, but I gotta list the bass intro to Maiden's Wrathchild as the one of the best bass riffs of all time.

I'd also add Zeppelin "Living Loving maid" onto the list
