Deep Purple "Smoke on the Water' Voted Best Guitar Riff of All Time



Deep Purple's Smoke On The Water was recently voted the greatest guitar riff of all time, followed by Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit and Walk This Way by Aerosmith.

London's Tech Music Schools compiled the list to coincide with their 25th anniversary

Certainly some worthy entries, but a list of the greatest riffs without Neil Young, The Kinks or Clapton is certainly flawed...at least from the perspective of My Generation, which did make the list.
